About me

In 1996, at the tender age of just under 14, I started the most fascinating sport of all: diving!

18 years later - in 2014 - the diving really grabbed me and I started training to become a PDA Divemaster at Styria Günnis Diving Center in Krk/Croatia. Since then, diving in the (secondary) professional field has never let go of me. Meeting new people, supporting beginners and showing people the beauty of the underwater world has become my biggest passion for me alongside my main job as a teacher. In Krk I also met my current business partner Markus Zandl a little later.

Due to my pedagogical training and my employment as a teacher in a business school, it was clear that I would soon be involved in teaching diving. So I completed my ITC (Instructor Training Course) in 2017 and passed the diving instructor exam.

With a lot of fun and the necessary professionalism, I introduce this wonderful sport to everyone interested in the course of an “Open Water Scuba Diver” course. But I also like to teach advanced courses such as “Advanced Adventure Diver”, “Rescue Diver”, “Divemaster” and many specialties for e.g. night diving, navigation, wreck diving, nitrox, etc.

But why take a dive course with me? There are diving schools like sand by the sea...

Many large diving schools have only fixed course dates and 6-10 students per course are not uncommon. According to our slogan “flexible learning to dive” you can arrange your course date with us absolutely flexibly! You decide how often, how long and above all where (course dives are of course possible at our diving base at Grundlsee, but also in Croatia and Egypt) you want to complete your course content - of course, to obtain a diving license (Brevet) all required content and exercises as well as the exam must be completed.

This flexible and individual approach also applies to pricing: Each course is individually pre-discussed by us (duration, dates, course locations, number of participants, etc.) and we always create an individual offer. I always offer an optimal price-performance ratio for your courses, but of course I also have to be competitive to the market prices for diving courses. The price range for the “Open Water Scuba Diver” (completed with us at Grundlsee) will be in a price range of 370,- € Euro.

I am pleased to have awakened your interest in diving and of course I would be very happy about a request from you!

Greets

Thomas
